Exclusively catering to customers within South Africa, CBD BIZ products available on this platform are dispatched solely to addresses within the country. For deliveries within South Africa, a flat shipping rate of R100 applies. Orders exceeding R1,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within South Africa.
RETURNS
We extend the option for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the invoice date. Products can be returned for store credit, exchange for a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products will not be credited in cases where an incorrect product or quantity was ordered.
Products will be credited or exchanged only under the following circumstances:
CBD BIZ erroneously entered the wrong quantity or product.
The product arrives with a broken seal.
An incorrect product was dispatched.
Courier-induced damage to the product.
Short packing of the product by CBD BIZ.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, REQUEST A REFUND, OR OBTAIN STORE CREDIT

PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED OR LEAKING PRODUCTS
Take an immediate photo of the damaged parcel and/or product.
Email the photograph to [email protected], including your order number and surname as a reference in the email Subject line.
Our office will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate a replacement product or initiate a refund.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Store credits and refunds will be processed within 24 hours of contacting our office.
Product exchanges will be dispatched via courier within 7- 14 working days of receiving the returned product from you.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Returned items should show no visible signs of wear or use.
You are responsible for any losses during the product's transit from your location to our office.
